MagnumFlow is an AI tool that helps UK trades businesses turn customer enquiries into draft replies and organised leads.

Drafts are suggestions only. You remain fully responsible for any message you send to customers.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

One account is for one business only (unless we agree otherwise in writing).

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use the service to spam or harass anyone

The AI generates draft replies based on the information you provide.

We do not guarantee that drafts are accurate, complete, or suitable.

You must review every draft before using it.

You keep ownership of the customer enquiries and business information you upload.

You give us permission to process that data solely to provide the service.

We aim to keep MagnumFlow available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MagnumFlow is provided “as is”
• We are not liable for any loss of business, jobs, or income arising from use of the service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months (or £0 if you are on a free plan)

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
